Shipping Info

** Please note, if you want your package insured, choose Priority or Priority Mail Express for automatic insurance coverage up to $100, provided by USPS.

* USPS is the main shipping carrier.

* Orders are packed and shipped in the order they're received, no matter how small or large the order.

* Orders are picked up Monday - Friday. Expect delays during busy holiday seasons. Currently I'm on a 3 - 5 day turnaround time, not including weekends or holidays.

* Moonworks Apothecary LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen packages, please purchase Priority Mail shipping and any additional insurance, if needed.

* If you have any issues with delivery, contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can investigate. It usually takes 7-10 days for the post office to trace a package. A claim will need to be filed with your local post office if they can't find your package. Moonworks Apothecary LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen packages.

* Moonworks Apothecary does not add insurance to packages, this comes directly from the United States Postal Service 

* You will need to choose Priority Mail or Express Mail to receive automatic insurance up to $100.00

For sending items within the USA, USPS offers the following shipping insurance options:

Includes $100 insurance: Priority Mail® and Priority Mail Express®

DOES NOT include insurance: First Class Package Service®, Media Mail® (restrictions apply), and Parcel Select Ground®

You, the buyer, may select the Priority Mail option to insure your package. I ship your package with the shipping option you choose.

* Make sure the shipping address is correct. 

* Yes, I can send as a gift please contact me at MoonworksApothecary@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. A packing slip without pricing will be included.

* You will receive a shipping notification / confirmation with the tracking number, please check your email that you have listed on your account, or your spam folder.

* I do everything in my power to make sure your items are packed safely. Once it leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for any issues during transit and / or delivery. If you have a shipping / delivery issue, contact your local post office so that they can investigate and track your order. It's been my experience that 9 times out of 10 they will find it.

* I will not replace or refund any missing, stolen, misplaced, or lost packages.  If your package is damaged, file a claim through your local post office if you've purchased Priority Mail shipping.
